This light ranch dressing is quick to make and will surely become a family favorite. Try it on Spicy Shrimp and Greens.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup low-fat buttermilk or reduced-fat sour cream
- 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Chives
- 1 clove garlic
Directions
- Step 1In small bowl with a wire whisk, combine low-fat buttermilk or reduced-fat sour cream, light mayonnaise, fresh lemon juice, salt, and freshly ground black pepper.
- Step 2Stir in finely chopped chives and garlic. Cover and refrigerate up to 3 days.
- Step 3Remove and discard garlic clove before use.
