Use this juicy grilled pork tenderloin as a lean protein for salads.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. pork tenderloin
  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Freshly ground black pepper

Directions

    1. Step 1Prepare grill for covered direct grilling on medium. On plate, rub pork tenderloin olive oil, salt, freshly ground black pepper.
    2. Step 2Place pork on hot grill; cover. Cook 15 to 18 minutes or until thermometer inserted into thickest part of pork registers 155 degrees F, turning occasionally. Transfer pork to cutting board; let rest 10 minutes.
