Ingredients
- 3/4 cup toasted coconut
- 1/3 cup crushed potato chips
- 1/3 cup finely chopped pistachios
- 6 waffles cones
- Homemade Dessert Shell
- Ice cream
Directions
- Step 1Combine coconut, potato chips, and pistachios. Brush insides of cones with Homemade Dessert Shell; sprinkle each with 1 tablespoon coconut mixture.
- Step 2Stuff 1 small scoop and then 1 large scoop ice cream into cones. Place each in narrow glass; freeze. Brush ice cream with more shell, then coat with coconut mixture.
