Cynthia Stein, M.D., M.P.H., MMSc

Cynthia Stein, M.D. is a sports medicine physician at Boston Children's Hospital, where she sees patients of all ages. She is the director of the Medical Sports Medicine Fellowship and an assistant professor of orthopedic surgery at Harvard Medical School. She received her M.D. from UCLA and has a master’s degree in public health and another in medical education.  In addition to her clinical work, she is involved in teaching and research. She’s especially interested in concussion management, overuse injuries in performing arts athletes, and injury prevention.
