While there's still plenty of time before Wicked: For Good graces us with its presence in theaters on November 21, there's apparently no rest for the Wicked licensing teams, and fans are treated to new product drops and announcements all the time. Today marks a particularly exciting one: Insight Editions has made two Wicked Advent Calendars available for pre-order.
The first, and definitely the Galinda option of the two, is the Wicked Premium Advent Calendar.
What makes it "Premium?" The calendar offers 12 days of Wicked-themed collectibles. This includes a mini salt-and-pepper shaker set, metal bookmark, pin badge, magnet and paperweight, plus stationery items like a pen and notebook. Some of the items are exclusive to the calendar and not available anywhere else.
For fans who still want to get in on the Wicked advent fun without spending the equivalent of a pair of ruby slippers, there's also the Wicked for Good: The Official Advent Calendar for $33. This one has 25 days of surprises, but the items are on a smaller scale. Think stickers, patches, keychains, friendship bracelets and magnets.

Both calendars don't actually come out until September 30, so this really is an offer for very early birds. (Just note that last year, the Wicked advent calendar sold out faster than Galinda could do a hair flip.) Each calendar offers free Release-Date delivery if you pre-order and are an Amazon Prime member. This means that Amazon will ship out the calendar to you on September 30.
And if you don't pre-order or are not a Prime member, shipping speeds and costs may vary. But since Wicked: For Good isn't even in theaters until November 21, it's entirely probable the calendars will arrive before the movie comes out. It'll take the might of a wizard to keep from peeking into the doors and seeing what could be in store.

And for the non-Wicked fans? There are many fandom-inspired advent calendars made by Insight Editions.
